Retail Order Polices

Since 1987, our full fashion collection has been hand crafted in the USA using all-natural fibers. As a result of this meticulous method, slight variations in the texture and color of the fabric may occur, which is an integral part of the creation process. This does not affect the overall quality of the garment. We take great pride in the high level of care that goes into creating each piece and believe that the uniqueness contributes to its distinctive character.

Payment 

  • All Orders must be paid in full before we start production.

  • We only accept all major credit/debit cards. 

Shipping

  • Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. The cost of shipping is responsible by the customer. For rush orders please inquire within. (Additional charges may occur) 

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, please give ample time to receive your garment. 

Measurements

  • Please understand that every garment is made to order. There is a small allowance/tolerance in measurements by up to or less then 1 inch.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by customer.

  • Alterations may still be necessary. 

Returns

  • We do not accept returns on any retail order, there are no exceptions.
