• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Orders are considered confirmed once accepted by Elana Collection.

• Because our garments are made to order, please carefully review all order details before submitting your order.

• Once production has begun, order changes or cancellations may not be possible.

• Please contact us immediately regarding any requested changes or cancellations. Additional charges may apply to approved changes.

• Elana Collection reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary.

Shipping

• Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery.

• Rush orders are available upon request and may incur additional fees.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances outside of our control. To help ensure timely delivery, please plan accordingly.

• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Returns & Exchanges

• All returns, exchanges, refunds, and other customer service matters related to a purchase must be handled directly with the store or authorized retailer from which the item was purchased.

• Elana does not process consumer returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased through an authorized retailer.

• Customers should contact the store or retailer directly regarding its return or exchange policy, eligibility, and procedures.

• Return and exchange policies may vary by retailer. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase and contact the retailer directly for assistance.

 

Measurements & Alterations

• Please understand that every garment is made to order. A small measurement tolerance of up to 1 inch may occur.

• We are not responsible for incorrect custom measurements provided to us. Please visit our Size & Fit page for additional information.

• Alterations may still be necessary on special orders.

• We will not alter any garment that we did not manufacture.

• We will not alter any garment that is not properly pinned.

• For alteration inquiries and pricing, please contact us directly.

 

Custom Orders

A custom order refers to any garment that has been altered or modified in any way outside of the original Elana Collection design. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Adding or subtracting length

• Changing or removing stones or appliqués

• Adding or removing sleeves

• Modifying necklines

• Changing design details

• Other alterations or modifications to the original design

Additional charges may apply for approved design modifications.

Please Note:

• We are not a custom dressmaker and do not replicate designs from other manufacturers.

• We can modify only original Elana Collection designs, and all modifications are subject to our review and approval.

• Elana Collection reserves the right to decline any requested modification.

 

Product Information & Color Disclaimer

• Color lots may vary slightly. The color of a finished garment may differ slightly from the color or fabric sample viewed in-store due to variations between production lots.

• Colors shown on our website may vary slightly from the actual garment due to photography, lighting, monitor settings, and individual device displays.

• Minor variations may occur in made-to-order garments and are not necessarily considered manufacturing defects.

• Product photographs and descriptions are intended to provide a general representation of each design.

• Each authorized retailer independently determines the retail price of Elana Collection merchandise.

• Retail prices may vary between retailers and may be based on the retailer's individual pricing structure, market, location, and other business considerations.

• Elana Collection is not responsible for the retail prices established by individual retailers.

• For current retail pricing, please contact an authorized Elana Collection retailer directly or contact Elana Collection for an estimated retail price.

 

Private Labeling & Brand Protection

Since 1987, Elana Collection has taken great pride in designing, manufacturing, and building our brand. To protect the integrity of our designs, craftsmanship, and brand identity, Elana Collection does not authorize private labeling, rebranding, or misrepresentation of our designs.

• Retailers, distributors, resellers, and other partners may not remove, alter, cover, or replace an Elana Collection label with another brand or label.

• Elana Collection designs may not be represented, advertised, or sold as designs created or manufactured by another company or brand.

• Our designs, photographs, product descriptions, logos, trademarks, and other proprietary materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without prior written authorization from Elana Collection.

• Unauthorized removal or replacement of our labels or other forms of rebranding are strictly prohibited and may violate Elana Collection's intellectual property and brand rights.

• Elana Collection reserves the right to take appropriate action against unauthorized use, reproduction, rebranding, or misrepresentation of our designs or brand.

 

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the Elana Collection website and catalog, including but not limited to designs, photographs, product images, logos, trademarks, text, product descriptions, graphics, and other materials, is the property of Elana Collection or is used with authorization.

No portion of our website, catalog, designs, photography, or other proprietary materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Elana Collection.
