Policies/Returns

Our full fashion collection has been hand crafted in the USA using all-natural fibers. As a result of this meticulous method, slight variations in the texture and color of the fabric may occur, which is an integral part of the creation process. This does not affect the overall quality of the garment. We take great pride in the high level of care that goes into creating each piece and believe that the uniqueness contributes to its distinctive character.

​Payment/Orders

Shipping
  • Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. The cost of shipping is responsible by the customer. For rush orders please inquire within. (Additional charges may occur)  

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, please give ample time to receive your garment. 

  • When your order is shipped you will be emailed a tracking number if requested.

Measurements/Alterations 
  • Please understand that every garment is made to order. There is a small allowance/tolerance in measurements by up to or less then 1 inch.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect custom measurements. Please visit our Size/Fit page for further information. 

  • Alterations may still be necessary on special orders. 

  • We will not alter any garment that we have not manufactured.

  • We will not alter any garment that is is not properly pinned. 

  • For any alterations please inquire within for additional charges 

 

Custom Orders 

  • A custom order refers to any garment that has been altered in any way outside of the original design. This is including but not limited to changes such as adding or subtracting length, changing stones or appliques, adding or removing sleeves, modifying necklines, and so on.

  • Please be aware that additional charges may apply for design customizations.

  • Please note that we are not a custom dress maker or replicate designs from other manufacturers. Our designer will only modify an Elana original design at their own discretion.

Returns
  • ​We do not accept returns on any special orders, there are no exceptions.

  • All claims must be made within 7 days of your package being delivered. 

  • If there a claim with your order, please request a Return Authorization Number before shipping any item back to us. We require an RA# for all return packages, and any packages that arrive at our facility without one may be rejected and returned to the sender.

  • We do not accept any garments sent back to our facility with any odors or stains.

  • Original brand, size and content labels are required for all garments returned to our facility. Any item missing these labels will be rejected and returned back sender. The sender will be responsible for covering the costs of return shipping.
